The SMOK Big Baby is hands down the best vape pen that I’ve ever purchased. I was very skeptical on buying a vape pen because I’m typically a box mod kind of person, but I needed something lighter and smaller.

Since the SMOK Big Baby is lighter and smaller than anything vape-related I’ve ever owned—it definitely took some getting used too. However, once I got used to the size and shape I really couldn’t see myself going back to a box mod and haven’t since I have bought this bad boy!

SMOK Products Sporting Amazing Performance

Although I’ve always been eerie of SMOK products I decided to give it a try because I couldn’t find any other vape pen product with as many great reviews as the SMOK. I hate to say it because I’m not about admitting when I’m wrong, but my suspicions of SMOK were false and the V8 Big Baby Beast blew me out of the water on the performance of such a small device.

Since I started smoking cigarettes at a very young age, I still crave a burn in my lungs when smoking and I was worried I wouldn’t get that with the Big Baby because it’s so small, but boy was I wrong!

When I first got it all set up, I took a huge hit and I actually started laughing because it made me cough! I was being so naive and totally judging a book by its cover—I didn’t realize how powerful it would be and was very surprised.

After I was done coughing, I took another hit and was able to blow out the smoke to check out how the clouds were and man, I was impressed. I felt like a dragon.

I have had some powerful mods and didn’t think this little guy would compare, but I’m glad I assumed wrong. The burn in the lungs and clouds were not what I expected, and I couldn’t be happier!

Usually, you either get big clouds or great tasting juice, but the SMOK Big Baby will give you both. The majority of mods I’ve used in the past have been great in the cloud department but lacked in the performance of how the juice tasted. That being said, I was only able to vape one to two flavors because they would all end up tasting the same or not tasting good at all.

So, I’m super happy with how I can be versatile and try other flavors and not be a plain Jane anymore. The one bad thing about the Big Baby (and it isn’t even that bad) is the battery life.

I’m the type of person who will always have their vape with them wherever they are. If I’m in church, at a work meeting, going to get lunch or buying groceries, I will always have my vape with me. This doesn’t mean I vape indoors other than my home, but I like the comfort of having it on me and as soon as I get outside, I’ll be taking a drag.

Great Product for an Amazing Price

So, I need something with a stronger battery life but for the time being this product is perfect. I have extra batteries and a charger in my car and at home, so I can’t really complain because the price for this thing is something you won’t find anywhere else.

If you’re getting the SMOK Big Baby vape starter kit, you’ll have extra money to buy a five-dollar spare battery because for only forty dollars you’re getting so much. If I remember correctly, it comes with the SMOK Stick V8 3000mA battery, TFV8 Big Baby Beast tank, a USB cable, spare parts, and spare O-Rings.

All of that for only forty dollars is a steal. I’ve spent over two hundred dollars on various different sets that don’t include half this little guy does!

The SMOK Stick V8 Big Baby Beast Starter Kit is a steal and great for all us vapers. It’s an amazing kit. If I could, I’d give ten stars.

VooPoo DRAG 147w Gene Chip

I’ve been vaping for a while now and have been through many box mods including SnowWolf 200-W, SMOK Marshal G320 TC, Limitless LMC 200w TC and many more. Perfect Durability – It Will Last Forever

I couldn’t tell you how many box mods I’ve accidentally broken due to being super clumsy. One of the most expensive mods I’ve bought broke from me simply dropping it on carpet. CARPET! I was so upset, but if I hadn’t dropped it I wouldn’t have ended up buying the VooPoo.

I tend to forget my box mod is in my lap most of the time, and the VooPoo has taken many hard falls. Of course, when it falls out of my lap it either falls on tile or pavement.
If I were to drop any of my past box mods on tile or pavement they would be done. I’d be running to the store, angry, to purchase a new one. However, with my pretty Gene Chip, after it takes a hard fall (as it has many times before) nothing happens but a mere scratch.

Sometimes I feel like it works better after I drop it, because it’s that great of a mod. So, I give it a score of 100/100 in the durability department. I didn’t buy it because of its durability though—it was the design that caught my eye!

Purple DRAG for a Girly Girl

When I was in the vape shop searching for a mod, nothing really caught my eye. I didn’t want something flashy like I had in the past, but I still wanted it to be pretty because that’s just the girly girl in me.

I asked the worker if he had anything purple and he pulled out a few box mods to choose from. As soon as I laid eyes on the purple VooPoo it was a rap. I didn’t want anything to do with any other mod!

I was a little eerie to buy an Aspire product when it came down to making a decision on my new tank purchase because SMOK has been taking over the vaping scene. I didn’t feel like being judged about my decision on picking Aspire- but I couldn’t be happier that I did.

Sub-Ohm Tank and Box Mods

I’ve had this Sub-Ohm tank for over two years now and it has worked perfectly on every box mod I’ve been through since I bought it, including the VGOD Pro Mech 2, SnowWolf 200W-R box mod and the SMOK G PRIV 230W.

I ended up using a great mech mod for a few months called the VGOD Pro Mech 2. It really was a great mod, and I was so happy with it; nevertheless, I ended up getting rid of the VGOD because it had no locking system and I ended up burning a hole in my purse which really sucked.

After I threw a fit to the guy at the vape shop about my purse, he recommended trying a SnowWolf box mod because they had a lock button and I’m pretty sure he didn’t want me coming back to complain to him again.

The Aspire Sub-Ohm worked fantastic on the SnowWolf 200W-R box mod as it did on the VGOD. I was very happy with my setup for a few months, but I soon needed a smaller mod for a more comfortable grip.

I did a lot of research on different types of mods and ended up purchasing the SMOK G PRIV. No, I didn’t buy the SMOK because I wanted to be part of the hype; I bought it because it’s tiny, durable and was regulated.

This is the current set up I have now and it’s fantastic. It’s not too fancy like the VGOD and SnowWolf, but since I vape because I quit smoking, I don’t really need a fancy mod to begin with.
However, if I was in a competition for the best tasting juice from a Sub-Ohm and Box Mod, I’d beat everyone by far.

Vape Juice Tasting Like Magic

If you’ve been vaping as long as I have, you’ll totally agree when I say it has really evolved. I remember my first e-cigarette: vaping was still so new and after a few hits the coil would go bad, and when the coil went bad, the juice would taste horrible.

Now, with the fancy and evolved tanks (such as my beautiful Sub-Ohm) I only have to change my coil maybe once a month and the juice tastes as good as it did when I first put it in. I can’t even begin to on how great my juice tastes. It’s crazy. I used to hate dessert flavored juice, but since I’ve had this tank I can vape anything and have no complaints.

If you hate the hassle of changing your coil but like your juice tasting prime with each hit, I’m going to say it again: the Aspire Cleito Sub-Ohm is the best purchase you could make. I really can’t think of one thing bad about this tank.

Aspire 120 Sub-Ohm Beats Them All

The only thing I do recommend is to get a band to put over the glass. This goes with all tanks though; the glass can break easily so it’s just better to be safe. The cool thing about the Aspire is how it comes with a band, extra glass and extra coil so you’re totally set for the first month and don’t have to worry about extra coils or glass breaks.

I’ve been through a lot of tanks and this one beats them all. I’m not sure I’ll even try another one until Aspire upgrades the 120 because it’s that perfect.

The price is great, it is durable and hits perfect. There’s no other tank I would recommend, I give two thumbs up!

Vandy Vapes’ Kylin Is a Great RTA for Someone’s First RTA

After using a basic vape starter kit for a few months, I decided that it was time to branch out and try RTA’s; I’d heard great things about Kylin by Vandy Vape and decided to give them a try. What I discovered was that the RTA was easy to use, had great airflow, and was really affordable.

The Kylin Is Aesthetically Pleasing

The look of the RTA is very aesthetically pleasing. It’s made from solid materials and is available in many different colors which allows me to easily identify my vape from others when I’m in a group. Plus, it’s really cute.

The Kylin Can be Used with Single or Dual Coils

I like the fact that I don’t have to use a coil plug when I want to switch between dual or single coils when using my vape. The postless four quad terminal makes it simple to use single or dual coils whenever I choose. I discovered that using dual coils didn’t make a huge difference in the way it felt when I vaped—everything was still smooth and tasted great.

The Kylin Has a Postless Deck

Building on a post less deck was very awkward at first because I had never built on one before. I found that it was easier to precut the leads that I was going to use and then finish the build.

Wicking the Kylin Is Easy

When it came to wicking the Kylin, I was pleasantly surprised. I simply cut the cotton and put it in place within a matter of seconds, making it one of the easier vapes to wick, at least in my experience. I did discover that failure to cover the holes completely would lead to leaking, so it’s best to make sure that the holes are completely covered with cotton to prevent any leakage from taking place.

The Kylin has adjustable airflow which allows me to completely customize my vaping experience. I liked the flavor that was produced by the RTA and the fact that the airflow allowed for each pull to be perfect—it never tastes stale and every pull is even.

I found that the drip tip that came on the Kylin was a bit small for my tastes. Fortunately, there were other size options available that allowed me to have a completely customized vape that fit my needs perfectly and felt comfortable at all times.

The Kylin comes with an extendable chimney and tank so that it can hold varying amounts of vape juice. I tried using the standard 2 mil tank at first only to find that I ran out of juice within two hours of using it; that was not convenient for me, so I decided to use the extended options because it could then hold 6 mil which lasted a lot longer and made it easier to get through the day.

Overall, I really liked this RTA. I felt that it was easy to use and that it allowed me to customize my vaping experience. I think that once I get used to building on the postless deck it’ll be an even better experience.

I would suggest this RTA to anyone who wants to start customizing their vaping experience a bit more. I do recommend watching a few videos online for how to build on a postless deck to ensure that everything is done the right way.
