SMOK TFV12 Prince Sub-Ohm Tank

I absolutely love the TFV12 Prince Sub-Ohm Tank. It’s been one of my best purchases since I began vaping. It gives me the utmost respect for SMOK for creating such a great device. 

I haven’t had any problem other than a bit of vape juice leakage. The leakage was due to my coil not being screwed in properly though, so it was a defect on my part. However, now that we’re on the topic of vape juice, let me tell you how fantastic the flavoring is out of the TFV12 Prince. 

 Vape Juice Flavor is on Point

Ughh. The flavoring this tank will give you is something out of a dream—it’s like I’m really eating banana pudding without the calories! Every flavor I’ve tried out of the SMOK TFV12 hasn’t let me down. However, I do recommend you let the new coil sit in juice overnight.  

I’ve primed a coil for this tank like I have with other tanks in the past and you have to wait a really long time to take a hit. If you take a rip off your box mod to soon, you’ll get a burnt flavor that won’t go away unless you change the coil. 

If you’re like me and constantly have to have your vape ready I highly recommend letting the new coil sit in juice for a few hours before you make the switch.  

What I do is get a cup and prime the coil with the vape juice over the cup. The excess juice will fall into the cup and then I place the coil in the cup overnight.  

When I wake up in the morning I’ll clean my tank and put my new primed coil in and use the juice it’s been sitting in to fill the tank, so it’s a win-win situation. Your coil will be perfectly primed, and you won’t waste any juice!  

Before you try out the coil, I would do a few dry hits on your tank first. So, suck in like you’re hitting it but without hitting the button on your mod. This will make it so your juice gets all the cotton and will ensure a perfectly primed coil!  

I know it sounds like a lot of work, but it’s totally worth it. The coil is just big and requires a lot of priming for optimum clouds!  

Dragon Like Clouds for The Win

So, I’m a total cloud chaser. I don’t like showing off my big clouds in front of people because I find it kind of silly, but a big cloud means a good hit! 

I totally need to feel the smoke in my lungs. Now that I ‘ve typed that, is sounds pretty unhealthy but I guess it’s better than going back to cigarettes.  

Anyway, since I was a cigarette smoker for so long, I still need a good burn in the lungs to be satisfied. There is no problem achieving the burn with the TFV12. When I get a good burn, I get a big cloud which makes me happy!  

 TFV12 Will Not Let You Down

The SMOK TFV12 Prince Sub-Ohm Tank is perfect. I love the taste of the juice and big clouds it produces. It also looks great on my mod which is a huge plus!  

I recommend this sub-ohm tank to all vapers, new and old. As long as you prime to coil well, you won’t be let down!  

Falcon Tank by Horizon Tech; Affordable and Durable

When I went out one night, I put my vape in my back pocket and forgot about it. It fell when I went to use the restroom and the tank broke beyond repair. I needed to replace the tank and decided to invest in a new model. I had heard great things about the Falcon Sub-OHM Tank by Horizon Tech, so I gave it a try, and I’m so glad I did too.

I really liked the fact that the Falcon Tank had such an eye-catching exterior—the finish had a shiny metallic look to it. It was available in a few different colors, but I ultimately chose the rainbow finish because it fits my girly personality well.  

 

The Falcon is the Perfect Size

The 25.2 mm tank is perfect for just about any vape that I have. It doesn’t hang over the sides and make it uncomfortable to vape. It also has a 5 mL juice capacity, which, while is ample to me, but if I wanted, there is an optional bubble glass extension that I can buy if I want to add another 2 milliliters to the amount it can hold. It also comes with replacement glass in case I break one. 

 

Provides Smooth, Easy Vaping 

I love that the tank comes with two different types of coils. It has the traditional cotton coil and a mesh option. I prefer mesh coils so that is what I have been using and found the draw to be smooth. I can taste the flavor of the vape juice really well.  

With some tanks, I can taste cotton, but not with this one. I also like the cloud production that it creates. I can use the tank in competitions with ease because there is so much smoke that’s created. 

 

The Price  is Great 

The vape tank is very reasonably priced especially for everything you get with it. Unlike some other tanks, it’s also very easy and affordable to find replacement parts for when they’re needed. I personally like this because the coils need to be changed every so often and being able to find them with ease is essential.  

 

Drawbacks to the Falcon Tank

While just about everything is great about this tank, there are a few drawbacks to it. First of all, it’s noisy; you aren’t going to be able to use this discreetly when you are around other people. The noise isn’t so loud that it’ll stop you from using it, but it is noisy enough that there is no way to hide the fact that you’re using it.  

The kit includes two different drip tips: one is a colorful option, while the other has a black finish. While I like the colors and the style of the drip tips, I didn’t like the way that they felt when I used the tank. They were too large in my opinion, but I was able to easily swap it out with another drip tip that I was fond of, so it really wasn’t a big deal to me.  

Overall, I would say this is a good option for someone who wants to replace their current vape tank. It’s affordably priced, works well and is easy to use. So far, it’s proven to be very durable and easy to clean when needed.
